

The 2008 Democratic National Convention Committee on Thursday named a former press coordinator for Al Gore's 2000 presidential campaign as its deputy chief counsel.
Daniel Stiles, an attorney practicing corporate and governmental law at Isaacson Rosenbaum PC, will be working closely with the DNCC's chief counsel, Susana Carbajal, on a wide range of commercial and constitutional matters for the convention.

Attorney Daniel Stiles Appointed to Serve as Deputy Chief Counsel for 2008 Democratic National Convention in Denver
DENVER, COLORADO – Daniel Stiles, an attorney who practices corporate as well as governmental law at Isaacson Rosenbaum P.C., has been named Deputy Chief Counsel for the 2008 Democratic National Convention Committee (DNCC).
In his new role, Stiles will be working closely with the DNCC's Chief Counsel, Susana Carbajal, on a wide range of commercial and constitutional matters that are necessary to organize and implement the Convention. Leah D. Daughtry, Chief Executive Officer of the DNCC, recently named Stiles to the Convention team.

Stiles has substantial experience in national politics. During the 2000 presidential campaign, he served as the Gore for President Committee's national traveling press coordinator in the campaign's national headquarters. At the 2000 Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles, he was hotel operations director for the Gore campaign. In Colorado, he has been active in representing the State Democratic Party and federal candidates, including Sen. Ken Salazar, on Election Day.

Mr. Stiles currently counsels clients on corporate transactional matters. He has also been involved in election law matters and related litigation.
Mr. Stiles received his doctor of jurisprudence from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in Denver, Colorado, and a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.
