Sen. Ken Salazar's statewide energy tour wraps up in Denver today at his "New Frontiers in Energy Summit 2008," featuring Secretary of Energy Samuel Bodman as the keynote speaker.

As Anne C. Mulkern writes from a recent trip with Salazar, the Democratic senator from Colorado is walking a middle ground between energy development and environmentalism.
