Bill Richardson's big backers in Colorado

Denver is a money stop on the 2008 campaign trail. Today, there’s a noontime reception scheduled in downtown Denver for Bill Richardson, the Democratic governor of New Mexico running for president. The suggested contribution is $1,000, with a $2,300 per-person limit. The event, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel at the Convention Center, is hosted by oilman Tim Marquez and radio station owner Zee Ferrufino. There are more than 30 co-hosts, according to the invitation:
